| 摘 要： | 建立和完善党内批评制度是继承党的优良传统和作风,抵御各种政治风险的重要举措;是发扬党内民主,提高党的执政能力的重要途径;是加强党的制度建设,建立保持党员先进性长效机制的客观要求。要认真解决党内不开展批评、不让人批评,甚至压制批评的问题,按照讲学习、讲政治、讲正气等原则要求,使党内批评和自我批评经常化、制度化、规范化。 |

| Abstract: | Establishing and perfecting the criticism system inside the Party are the political choice for developing the Party's good traditions and good style,absorbing the historical lecture and disputing political risk and they are impersonality demand for perfecting the law inside the Party,establishing the long effect mechanism to keep the advanced nature of the Party.We should solve the problem inside the Party not to develop criticism and let the criticism and self-criticism as a system. |
