| 摘 要： | 人民币在周边国家或地区的流通量已经逐年增加,但是,在新疆与中亚五国的边境贸易中人民币作为支付和结算手段尚未广泛使用,人民币的流通数量也非常有限。即使有人民币计价结算和流通现象,这也是偶然的、民间的、非协议性的。因此,人民币能否周边化以及如何从周边国家扩展到非毗邻国家,是当前值得关注的问题。

| Abstract: | The quantity of circulation of RMB in neighboring countries or regions has been increasing year by year.However,RMB has not been widely used as a means of payment and settlement for the cross-border trade between Xinjiang and the five Central Asian countries and the quantity of circulation is limited as well.Therefore,whether the RMB can be widely used in the neighboring countries and how to extend to non-adjacent countries is the most important issue currently. |
