| 摘 要： | 本文就全球交易所外国上市公司的相关情况进行整理,分析影响交易所引入外国上市公司成败的主要因素。随后,文章点明了我国当前推动国外公司在上海证券交易所上市的重要意义,并结合国际经验,就国外公司在我国上市需要考虑的问题进行梳理,同时提供了一些思考路径。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the situations of listed foreign companies in global exchanges,and analyzes the factors that determine whether foreign companies can be listed successfully in exchanges.Then this article points out the important significance of foreign companies listing in Shanghai Stock Exchange.Based on international experience,this article analyzes the obstacles and problems that we will face during foreign companies listing in our exchanges,and give some helpful advices. |
