| Abstract: | The mutual interaction of practical exploration and theoretical innovation is the practical and theoretical base which the scientific notions of development form on.And it is also a strong drive for us to advance with the times.To deepen the comprehension of the scientific notions of development has become a very important issue of the current theoretical construction,of which the followings are most essential: the comprehension of the theoretical base,significant innovations,the implications,and the guiding meanings. |
