| 摘 要： | 近年来,高校经济犯罪呈现上升趋势,商业贿赂案件尤为突出。而商业贿赂行为本身具有较强的隐蔽性,为其治理工作带来巨大的困难。治理高校商业贿赂,必须加强对商业贿赂形式的法律认识,破除社会潜规则,从加强法制教育、专项治理、加强市场机制和构建整体型预防机制等方面有效遏制高校商业贿赂,净化高校发展环境。
