国际贸易对我国收入分配的影响——基于基尼系数的实证分析

本文引入多因素实证研究了1987-2005年贸易对我国收入分配的影响,同时检验了H-O理论和SS定理在我国的适用性,结论如下:(1)贸易扩大总体上对我国收入不平等起到了改善效果;(2)出口改善收入分配的效果比进口更加显著;(3)制成品出口比重增加对收入分配产生显著的改善效应;(4)制成品进口比重下降可能恶化收入分配。检验结果显示出贸易对我国收入分配的影响比较复杂,不能简单地用包括H-O理论在内的某个贸易理论来解释,必须结合我国对外贸易的发展过程和特色。在深入剖析贸易影响我国收入分配的机制后,本文提出了相关贸易政策建议。

Influences of International Trade on Income Distribution in China- an Empirical Study Based on Gini Coefficient

Based on a careful review of income inequality and its evolvement in China,this ar-ticle analyzes the influence of foreign trade on income distribution in China during the term of 1978-2005.Important conclusions are as follows:foreign trade growth distinctly reduced income in-equality;export reduced income inequality more notably than import;income inequality improved with the rise of the rate of manufacturing industry export and might worsen with the drop of rate of manufacturing industry import.These results reveal that effects of foreign trade on income distribu-tion in China are rather complicated.Some trade policy recommendations have been put forward in the end.
