| 摘 要： | SA8000是一个以重视保护劳工环境、劳工条件和劳工权利等为主要内容的新兴管理标准体系,目前SA8000已经对我国的出口贸易,特别是劳动密集型产品的出口产生影响。本文阐述了SA8000的内涵和背景,分析了SA8000标准体系对我国出口贸易正反两方面的影响,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | SA8000 is a new management standard system, and to attach great importance to protecting labor environment,labor conditions and labor rights as the main contents of SA8000,at present SA8000 has an impact on China's export trade,especially the export of labor-intensive products.This paper expounds the connotation of SA8000 and background,analyzes the positive and negative effect of SA8000 on China's export trade,and proposed in this foundation the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. |
