石灰湿法烟气脱硫高分子添加剂作用的研究

摘    要:在湍球塔(φ150)烟气脱硫装置上,试验了不同pH值、液气比和钙硫比条件下,高分子添加剂(NaR*)对石灰湿法烟气脱硫的影响.结果表明,添加NaR有利于提高脱硫率和吸收剂的利用率,并减缓结垢.同时针对NaR对浆液的pH值具有缓冲性能和降低浆液颗粒沉降速度做了试验,并根据试验结果,提出了NaR添加剂的作用机理.

Abstract:In this paper,NaR is used as the polymeric additive of wet flue gas desulfurization(FGD) with lime process.The influence of NaR is tested on the wet FGD system with a 150mm turbent ball tower in conditions of different pH value,liquid/gas ratio and Ca(OH)2/SO2 ratio.The experimental results indicate that NaR is effective in enhancing sulfur dioxide removal rate and absorbent utilization rate;and delaying scaling,etc.Furthermore,NaR effectiveness mechanism is suggested according to the experimental results of its effects on some physical and chemical characteristics such as pH value and settling velocity of the slurry.
