传统产业集群可持续发展影响因素实证分析

传统产业集群以其集聚优势促进区域经济增长的同时,在国内外新的外部环境下,集聚负效应开始呈现。本文以浙江舟山水产业集群作为典型案例,在两阶段实地调研的基础上,构建水产业集群可持续发展影响因素评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对舟山水产业集群可持续发展各各因素影响程度进行量化分析。进一步利用影响因素量化分析结果,对舟山水产业集群发展策略进行SWOT矩阵分析,发现"机会的权重多于威胁,劣势的得分大于优势",进而探寻到舟山水产业集群的适宜可持续发展策略为抓住机会提升劣势的"扭转型策略"。

Traditional industry gathering sustainable development influence factor demonstration analysis

While traditional industry clusters promote regional economic growth,in the domestic and foreign new external environment,agglomeration negative effect begins to appear.This article take the Zhoushan aquaculture clustering as a typical example,in the two stage on the basis of field survey,and then weights these factors by Analytic hierarchy Process,as well as evaluates order,classify and analyze their significance.Moreover,it runs a SWOT matrix analysis on cluster development strategy of Zhoushan Aquaculture Industry by quantization analysis result of these factors.It found that found that"the opportunity weight than threats,disvantage weight than advantage",and finally found that turnaround Strategy is the best for Zhoushan Aquaculture Cluster.
