| 摘 要： | 如果说近代的中国是世界现代化进程的落伍者,1949年后的中国是世界现代化进程的跨越者、传奇者,那么21世纪的中国将成为全球现代化进程的创造者、创新者和辉煌者。加快经济发展方式转变是人类社会继转向农业经济、转向工业经济、转向知识经济之后的又一次重大进步。以可持续发展、生态文明、后国际金融危机时代为背景,以加快经济发展方式转变运行机制为研究对象,对加快经济发展方式转变运行机制的内涵特征、体系与构建进行分析和探究。

| Abstract: | If China is the world’s laggard’s modernization process in the modern history,and is legendary of the process from 1949,then China will become the creator of the global process of modernization,innovation and brilliant achievements in the 21st century.Accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development is a major step forward following the shift from human society agricultural economy to an industrial economy,the transition to a knowledge economy.In this paper,sustainable development,ecological civilization,the international financial crisis after the era of the background to accelerate the economic development mode shift operating mechanism is the study object;accelerating economic development mode shift operating mechanism of the content features,systems are analyzed and explored. |
