| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的深入和经济的快速发展，我国当前出现了一系列制约经济继续向前发展的制约因素，如能源紧缺、环境污染严重等，中国的经济发展必须选择一条节约型发展道路。文章阐述了我国当前发展“节约型”经济的必然性以及通过一系列措施来推动“节约型”经济的发展。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economy and open policy,China is facing a series of economy development-restrained factors such as shortage of natural resources,contamination of environment and so on.Therefore,China has to take a conservation-minded approach to develop its economy.The necessity ofsavingeconomy is stated and some suggestions on promoting such economic style are provided. |
