高职院校会计专业实施“工学结合”人才培养模式的思考

“工学结合”人才培养模式改革对提高高等职业教育人才培养质量和学生就业能力有着非常重要的意义。会计专业因其特殊的行业背景和岗位需求，难以全面深入推行“工学结合”人才培养模式，在现行条件下，只有通过创新课程体系、改革教学模式、加强实训基地建设、依托行业和社会建立校企合作等多种途径来促进“工学结合”模式的顺利施行。
