| 摘 要： | 信用担保业在中小企业融资方面发挥着重要功能，提升信用担保机构风险管理效能对于信用担保业的可持续发展至关重要。分析商业性信用担保项目的潜在风险，通过设计商业性信用担保项目的风险评估指标与风险评估模型，构建商业性信用担保项目风险评估体系，并选取某商业性担保项目为样本数据，对商业性信用担保项目风险评估体系进行实证分析，为我国中小企业信用担保体系的科学化实践提供重要的理论指导与决策参考。

| Abstract: | The credit -based guarantee industry plays an important role in SME financing. It is cntacal tor me sustainable development of credit - based guarantee industry to improve the effectiveness of risk management of financial guarantee institutions. By analyzing the potential risks of commercial credit - based projects, designing risk management evaluation indicators and risk evaluation models for commercial credit -based guarantee projects, building targeted risk assessment systems, and choosing some projects as sample data, this paper makes an empiri- cal analysis on the risk assessment systems for commercial credit - based guarantee projects so as to provide theoreti- cal guidance and decisional reference for scientific practices of SMEs in China. |
