| Abstract: | On this paper, we discussed the basic strategy and measures about the big Shangri-La ecological tourism circle, which is established commonly by Sichuan, Yunnan and Tibet provinces. Finally we thought that developing ecological tourism is the best way of searching the balance between the utilizing resources and protecting environment. |
