| 摘 要： | 公司成长性的研究是公司研究中的一个重要领域。文中收集国内外公司成长性研究相关文献,这些文献分为两类,一类研究公司成长性的各种影响因素,另一类是如何评价公司的成长性。从这两个方面来总结和对比国内外的研究成果,并指出其中存在的问题和以后的研究方向。

| Abstract: | The Research of the company＇s growth is an important field of the Company Research. The Article collects the literature about the research of the company＇s growth in Domestic and foreign, which Categories into two types.One is the research of a variety of factors influencing on the company＇s growth.Another is how to assess the company＇s growth. From these two aspects, the article summarize and contrast the results of research from Domestic and foreign,and then Point out the problems and future research directions about the research. |
