浅论构建多元化、多层次的农村金融体系

农村金融体系是农业现代化与农村经济的核心,由于长期以来农村金融体系改革遵循"机构观",造成了目前我国农村金融体系存在功能缺失、金融产品单一等方面的问题。文章从"功能观"视角探究了农村金融体系出现这些问题的原因,并就如何基于金融"功能观"构建符合农村经济发展要求的多元化、多层次的农村金融体系提出了建议。

Simply discussing on setting up a sound multifarious rural financial system

The rural financial system is the core of agriculture modernization and rural economy. Agriculture financial system reform takes the institutional paradigm as the theoretic foundation, so some serious problems exist in the rural financial system nowadays, such as incomplete functions, single product.In this article, the author presents reasons of the above-mentioned problems from the functional perspective of financial theory, and puts forward countermeasures about setting up a sound multifarious rural financial system con forming to the requirements of rural economy development based on the financial functional perspective.
