| 摘 要： | 省域经济综合竞争力是现阶段中国经济发展不可否认的客观存在，对经济发展发挥着重要的促进作用。省域经济存在和发展的理论依据主要源自于区域经济理论，提升省域经济综合竞争力不但在理论上具有充分的依据。从中国发展社会主义市场经济的实践看也是十分必要的。提升省域经济综合竞争力是由中国的基本国情和党的基本路线所决定的。

| Abstract: | Province-wide economic competitiveness is undeniable objective at present and acts as a important stimulus in China's economic development. The theories of existence and development of province-wide economic mainly derived from the theory of regional economic. Upgrading the province-wide economic competitiveness not only has strong foundation in theory, but also is very necessary from the practice of developing the socialist market economy. It is also determined by China's fundamental realities and the party's basic line. |
