| 摘 要： | 青年教师是高职院校师资队伍的主力军,对高职院校长期稳定的发展具有十分重要的作用。高职院校青年教师有较为优厚的专业成长条件和基础,但也存在着较为突出的专业成长误区和问题,追根溯源,分析原因,有利于更好地开展青年教师培训和引导工作。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,youth teachers are important component of teachers in higher vocational colleges,which is the continual developing base for higher vocational colleges.The youth teachers of higher vocational colleges have better professional growth condition,but at the same time existing obvious problems.This article analyses the main problems and causes,in order to improve our training and education on youth teachers for the college managers. |
