| Abstract: | The Administrative Overview Law has been finished successfully after a long time's preparation. After five year's enforcement, we can leam clearly about the success and failure of this comprehensive law. It's known to all that the Liability is an important part of the Administrative Overview Law,but it still has a few shortages. It's necessary for us to make it better. |
