| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了应用层次分析法(AHP)和网络分析法(ANP)评估供应商选择方案的基本步骤，讨论了两种分析方法对选择方案排序结果的影响，得出了应用ANP比应用AHP能更合理地对供应商选择方案进行评估的结论。
