| 摘 要： | 从信贷集权与分权角度探讨了信贷市场变迁动力,提出了金融能量守恒的定律,通过计量模型证明了二元信贷与二元经济高度相关。指出,应大力发展绿色信贷市场,开创金融机构的"蓝海战略",创新多种信贷产品,强化信贷有效竞争。
