新疆人口素质与经济协调发展研究

人是社会生产和社会生活的主体,是社会生产力中最活跃的能动因素。社会经济的发展需要一定数量和质量的劳动力,劳动力素质的高低直接影响和制约着社会经济的发展。本文利用1%抽样调查资料,通过对人口文化素质及其变化的分析,力求探寻提高人口素质,促进人口与经济协调发展的路径。

A Study on Human Quality and Coordinated Development of Economy in Xinjiang

The human is the main body of social production and social life.Meanwhile,it is the most active dynamic factor in social productivity.The development of social economy requires a certain quantity of labor forces with quality for their quality level directly influences and restrains the development of social economy.With 1% sampled materials of the investigation,this paper strives for exploration of the track which will promote human quality and human coordinated development with economy through the analysis on human cultural quality and its variation.
