| 摘 要： | 计量管理作为生产管理与企业质量管理的重要组成部分,在企业的运营过程中肩负着监督和管理的双重职能。烟草企业的计量管理工作不仅是生产过程的重要保证,同时也是销售出厂前质量监督的组成程序。充分发挥计量管理的有效作用,可以提高企业整体管理水平,特别是生产一线的相关工作标准都将会得到显出的提高,提升企业整体竞争力。

| Abstract: | Measurement management, as an integral part of production management and enterprise quality management,undertakes the dual functions of supervision and management in the business operations. Measurement management of tobacco companies is not only an important guarantee for the production process, but also the factm＇y quality control procedures of sales composition. Giving full play to the role of measuring effective management can improve the overall management level of enterprises, in particular the related work in production line work standards are improved to enhance their overall competitiveness. |
