关于国际商事仲裁实体法的适用问题

进一步完善各国涉外民商事法律制度，协调各国在这一领域的法律冲突，加强国际司法合作，已成为国际社会的普遍关注和共同努力的目标，也是理论界的大课题。本文在分析比较有关国际公约和国外立法的基础上，对国际商事仲裁实体法在适用中的冲突和协调，提出了自已的观点和意见。

On Adaptation of the Law "International Commerical Arbitration Entity

in the present world, civil exchanges and trade between countries have become more and more frequent. In order to adapt the situation, it is the universal requirement and the common goal in the world and also an important task in the theoretical field to perfect further the system of civil business law of forein affairs, to coordinate the dispute in laws of this field, to strengthen the judiciary cooperation between countries. The article, on the basis of the analysis and comparison of the related international treaty and foreignlegislation, has put forward the writer's own opinions and suggestions on the conflict and coovdination in the adaptation of the law of internationalbusiness arbitrary entity.
