China's Comparative Advantage into Full Play

Through analysis towards the development trend of the Japan's foreign direct investment in labor-intensive industry and assembly industry, this paper concludes that compared with the 1990s of the last century, Japan's foreign direct investment and industrial transfer assume a relatively increasing room in recent years. Most of the labor-intensive industries have transferred overseas, and the assembly industry can seek more opportunity in China's market. Such phenomenon not only provides great opportunity for China's labor-intensive comparative advantage playing an active role, but also challenges the task of how to avoid been trapped into the pitfall of the comparative advantage.
