| 摘 要： | 以民营经济较发达的浙江省慈溪市的民营企业为例，在分析该市民营企业技术创新的基础上，阐述了民营企业在技术创新过程中存在的问题，研究了吸引外资对企业技术创新的作用，有针对性地提出了慈溪市利用外资发展高新技术产业的重点以及加快引进国外先进技术的对策措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the basis of technological innovation of private enterprises in Cixi which is a developed city in Zhejiang province and the problems existing in the process of technological innovation,studies the roles of attracting foreign investment in promoting technological innovation of private enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions for Cixi to take advantage of foreign investments to develop the high-tech industry and to accelerate the introduction of advanced foreign technologies. |
