区域围填海面积需求预测分析方法探讨

论文针对目前围填海开发中存在的突出问题，探讨与研究适合评估区域围填海面积需求的方法与测算模型，为国家严格控制围填海、科学制定围海造地区划规划提供决策依据。研究结果表明，几种预测方法均各有利弊，应尽可能采用多种预测方法并对预测结果进行综合分析，以得到更加准确可靠结果，为区域围填海区划规划提供科学依据。

According to the outstanding problems of the development of current reclamation, this paper discusses and researches on the methods and assessing models of the demands Of the regional reclamation areas, in order to supply decision-making basis for strict controlling of reclamation and scientifically making zonings and plans of reclamation. The results show that each forecasting method has advantages and disadvantages, we should use a variety of forecasting methods to forecast the results of comprehensive analysis, in order to get a more accurate and reliable results for the functional zoning and planning of regional reclamation areas to provide scientific basis.
