摘    要:当代社会,人才已经成为一个体现企业核心竞争力的最重要、最关键的因素,毫不夸张地说,企业成败的关键就在于人才的使用。然而,各项数据表明,包括中国在内的许多国家的企业都有一个较高的离职率,企业由于员工的离职,产生了大量的流失成本。因此,人力资源管理和本土化如何互相适应、企业福利制度和员工需求期望如何结合都将成为本文的论述重点。

Abstract:In modern society,human resource has become crucial element that reflecting corporate core competitiveness.However,according to specific statistics,it reflects that there is a high rate of leave in many countries including China.As a result,staff leaves have triggered loss to the corporate.Therefore,the mutual adaptation of human resources management and localization,combination of welfare mechanism and staff expectation have become the emphasis in this thesis.
