商务型酒店员工忠诚度的模糊综合评价研究

摘    要:酒店行业是一个人才高流失的行业,如何给予员工归属感,最大限度的激发员工在工作中的积极性都是作为酒店管理者需要深入思考的问题。本文通过问卷方式对商务酒店各阶层员工做了调查,并提取了7项影响员工忠诚度的指标因素,利用建立模糊综合评价模型的方式进行了定量分析,最终发现员工忠诚度不高,存在着缺乏工作热情和不稳定等状况。

Abstract:Hotel industry is high loss of talent.It is an important topic for hotel managers that how to give employees a sense of belonging and stimulate employees' enthusiasm in the work.This paper makes an investigation on business hotel staff,and extracts the seven index factors affecting employee loyalty,and makes quantitative analysis using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and finally finds the staff loyalty is not high,there is lack of enthusiasm and unstable condition,etc.
