事业单位绩效考评研究——以陕西省某单位为例

摘    要:绩效考评是人力资源管理的重要组成部分,如何建立有效的绩效管理体系,提高员工绩效,提高组织整体绩效,是许多事业单位正在积极探索的问题。本文以陕西省某事业单位为例,揭示了其绩效考评中存在的问题并提出解决措施,从而为事业单位加强绩效考评提供了现实性的理论借鉴。

Abstract:Performance evaluation is an important composition in human resource management in public institutions.Efficient performance evaluation system can contribute to competitiveness of institutions and enable institutions to access advantage over competition,which is a problem that many institutions are actively exploring.This paper takes a institution of Shaanxi province as an example,reveals the problem of the institution's performance evaluation and proposes solution,thus providing the realistic theoretical reference for our public institutions to enhance performance evaluation.
