| 摘 要： | 本文在明确文化事业及文化事业管理概念的基础上,以对西安曲江文化事业发展的情况进行资料收集及实地考察结果为依据,通过对曲江文化事业迅速发展的原因的分析,对其管理模式做以剖析,总结出西安曲江文化事业管理模式的特点。
