| Abstract: | This article uses the life cycle of cost management thoughts,analyzes and studies the life cycle of cost management from the investment decision to planning and design,bidding,construction and completion settlement and operation of real estate project cost management,constructs a complete life cycle cost management system of real estate project,and puts forward measures of the system. |
