| 摘 要： | 隆德县把节水灌溉工作做为扩大灌溉面积,提高作物产量,增加农民收入,发展农村经济的一项重要措施来抓。从优化水资源配置入手,创新节水理念,水资源的利用效率和效益有了一定提高,节水灌溉工作初见成效。

| Abstract: | The government of Longde County positively implements water-saving irrigation to expand irrigation area,increase crop yield,increase the income of peasants,and develop the rural economy.Starting from optimizing the configuration of water resources,we innovate water saving concept,the water use efficiency and benefit have been improved,water-saving irrigation work gives initial results. |
