| 摘 要： | 评标是招标投标活动中十分重要的阶段,能否选择一个理想的承包单位关系着项目的成败,评标的目的是选择出能够最大限度地满足招标文件要求的投标方。TOPSIS法作为一种数学评价方法应用于评标,对于减少一些外在因素对评标的影响有一定作用。
