系统节点精细化管理模式在油田企业中的应用

摘    要:随着油田企业勘探开发的不断深入,稳产基础越来越薄弱,勘探开发投资与成本逐年上升。面对产量递减成本逐年上升的压力,油田企业必须转变管理理念,创新管理方式,以管理的精细化化解生产与经营的矛盾。成本节点精细化管理实现了价值量、工作量和预算管理目标的匹配和统一,实现了管理指标和成本指标的平衡和统一,达到了成本管理的源头控制和过程控制的目的,提高了成本管理的科学性和合理性。

Abstract:With the more exploration of oil companies,the stable production is more and more weak,and the development investment and cost rises year by year.The face of pressure on yield decline and cost rising,oil companies must change the management idea and innovate the management mode,using the fine management to dissolve the contradiction.Cost nodes management realizes the unity of value,workload and budget management target,achieves the balance on management index and cost index,achieves the goal of source control and process control on cost management,and improves the rationality on cost management.
