我国罗非鱼质量安全SWOT分析及对策探讨

我国是世界上罗非鱼最大生产国和出口国,罗非鱼养殖已成为出口创汇和渔民增收的重要途径。但是,因种苗生产、养殖过程和流通缺少有效的监管,药物残留隐患存在,质量安全事件时有发生。本文采用SWOT法分析了我国罗非鱼质量安全的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并提出了建立罗非鱼质量评价体系,把罗非鱼的收购价格和质量等级相挂钩,强化行业协会职能,建立从池塘到餐桌全过程质量监控制度和质量保证体系等对策。

SWOT analysis and countermeasure discussion of tilapia quality and safety in China

China is the largest tilapia producer and exporter in the world. It havebecame an important approach to earn foreign exchange through export and improve income for tilapia culture. But quality and safety incidents have occurred because of the lack of effective regulation in fry and fingerling production, breeding process and circulation. And the presence of drug residue risks is another reason.In this paper, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of tilapia quality and safetyin China were analyzed by SWOT method. And some countermeasure were proposed, including establishing of tilapia quality evaluation system, linking the purchase price to the quality and grade of tilapia, strengthening the functions of trade associations, establishing the whole process quality control system from the ponds to the table and quality assurance system, and other measures.
