摘    要:互联网的迅速普及和信息技术的迅速发展,改变了传统的商业竞争模式。为满足更多消费者对购物的要求,提供更多商品种类的网上商城开始崛起并迅速发展。但是网上商城在发展的同时也存在较大的局限性,其中购买者的因素至关重要。文章对网上商城购买者的购买行为特征以及用户行为的影响因素进行分析,为网上商城的进一步发展建设提供一些建议。

Abstract:With the rapid popularization of Internet and the rapid development of information technology,it changes the traditional mode of business competition.In order to satisfy more consumers,the online mall with more kinds of commodity began to rise and rapidly develop.But there is also big limitation in the development of online mall,which is very important to the buyer.This paper analyzes the buyer behavior feature of online buyer,the influencing factors of users,at last,puts forward some suggestions on development and construction of online mall.
