机电产品零部件自动装配方法研究

摘    要:实现零部件的三维建模与整机装配是建立产品虚拟样机的前提和基础。文章基于Pro/E、Cult 3D等软件,简要介绍了利用布局、骨架模型、二次开发以及虚拟现实技术等实现机电产品零部件自动装配的基本方法和步骤,并对各种方法的特点进行了分析和比较。

Abstract:The three dimensional modeling and assembling of parts is necessary in order to establish product virtual prototype.For the realization of automatic assembly of the mechanical and electrical product parts with Pro/E,Cult 3D software and so on,several approaches based on layout,skeleton model,advanced development and virtual reality technology are briefly described,and some characteristics of the methods are discussed in the paper.
