| 摘 要： | 本文通过案例,对价值工程在项目成本控制中的应用进行了研究。根据不同项目的成本及功能特点,对其进行技术、经济两种角度分析,运用项目成本指数、功能指数进行价值指数分析,从而确定最佳的成本方案。

| Abstract: | In this paper,through a case,the application of Value Engineering in the project cost control was studied.According to the different project cost and the function characteristics,its was carried on analysis from two angle of the technology and economy,value index analysis was carried with the use of project cost index,function index,so as to determine the optimal cost plan. |
