对降低城市轨道交通投资的思考

城市轨道交通作为解决城市交通拥堵的有效手段,已经在我国多个城市开始建设或已投入使用。但其造价昂贵、投资巨大的问题日益凸显,已经严重制约着城市轨道交通的可持续发展。本文从轨道交通方式的选择、前期工作、客流预测、建设标准和限额设计等5个方面进行思考,分析、总结出了影响城市轨道交通造价的关键因素,并提出了一些有效的建议,为今后降低城市轨道交通投资提供参考和借鉴。

Thinking of Reducing the Investment of Urban Rail Transit

As an effective means to solute urban traffic congestion,Urban Rail Transit has been building or already put into use in several cities.But the huge investment that becomes increasingly prominent has seriously restrict the sustainable development of it.This article analyzes the key factors which affect the cost of Urban Rail Transit from the five aspects,such as mode selection of Urban Rail Transit,preliminary work,passenger flow forecasts,the construction standards and limit design in the cost.The article also puts forward some effective recommendations for reference to reduce the investment of Urban Rail Transit in the future.
