| 摘 要： | 重油催化裂化装置高温蝶阀是烟气轮机入口管线上控制高温烟气流量的重要设备,本文对高温蝶阀存在的问题进行了分析,并通过对高温蝶阀转轴与阀板的连接键进行结构改造,解决了高温蝶阀因阀板变形而导致的密封失效问题,节约了检修时间及费用。

| Abstract: | High temperature butterfly valve of the heavy oil catalytic cracker is the important equipment that controling high temperature flue gas flow with inlet line of flue gas turbine.The problems of seal failure on high temperature butterfly valve was analyzed,and the problem was solved through retrofiting of connection key.The transformation save repairing time of expense. |
