浅析住宅建筑的抗震施工技术及应用

根据人们的居住环境呈现出来不同的特点,在加强建筑物自身的抗震基础之上,需要考虑到建设抗震施工来作为安全防范的重要措施。本文通过对影响建筑抗震性能的因素进行分析,以此探讨建筑施工过程中的技术应用。在建筑设计规范中,不同建筑结构的楼盘抗震标准是一样的,建筑结构工程师都会保证抗震性能。本文结合笔者工作实际经验,分别论述了与抗震性能相关的几种建筑结构形式及其影响因素。

On the Seismic Construction Technology and Application of Residential Building

In accordance with the different characteristics of people's living environment,on the basis of enhancing seismic foundation of building,the important safety precaution measures for building earthquake construction need to be taken into account.Based on the analysis of factors affecting the seismic performance of the building,this paper explored technology applications in the construction process.In architectural design specification,the seismic standards for different architectural structure of building are the same,and the building structural engineers will ensure seismic performance.In this paper,combining with actual work experience,the author discussed several building structures related to the seismic performance and the influencing factors.
