| 摘 要： | 科学的水价形成机制是南水北调工程成功的关键因素之一。本文根据水资源的商品属性,分析了水资源的供给模型和需求模型,进而采用供求均衡模型来分析合理的水价形成机制。并根据水市场的垄断性质,运用价格歧视理论分析了对不同的用户采用不同的水价的科学性。

| Abstract: | Scientific formation mechanism of water price is one of the main factors influencing South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Based on the fact that water resources are commodities,the paper analyzes supply model and demand model of water resources.According to balance model of supply and demand,the paper makes a study of formation mechanism of water price.Moreover,the paper,considering water market's monopoly,explains the necessity of different water price for different consumers. |
