中国与新疆毗邻国家陆路口岸跨境合作分析与评价

新疆是我国陆路边境口岸最多的省区之一,中国新疆陆路口岸与邻国口岸之间的合作不仅关系到新疆口岸经济的发展,以及中国和新疆与以中亚为主的周边国家经贸关系的发展,还直接关系到国务院32号文件提出的面向中亚的扩大对外开放战略和国家沿边开放战略的实施,同时也间接地关系到国家政治稳定、国防安全和国家能源战略的实施。本文在对新疆毗邻国家陆路口岸跨境合作现状进行分析评价的基础上得出一些结论。

An Analysis and Evaluation on Land Border Ports Cooperation between China and the Neighboring Countries of Xinjiang

Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomic Region is one of the largest land border ports provinces in China.The crossing land ports cooperation between the neighboring countries is not only related to the economic development of ports in Xinjiang,but also to relations with neighboring countries in Central Asia,mainly of the development of economic and trade relations.In addition,it will have a direct impact on the State Council document No.32 of Central Asia for the expansion of opening up strategy and the implementation of the strategy to the border-opening-up,and indirect impact on the country's political stability,national security and national energy strategy's implementation.This paper on the basis of analysis and evaluation of the cross-border cooperation status,draws the some worthy conclusions.
