我国企业对外直接投资的区位选择

我国理论界关于是否应该将发达国家作为我国企业对外直接投资的重点目标问题上产生的不同意见,在相当程度上反映了我国对外直接投资区位选择所面临的对外直接投资动因与能力的矛盾。实证检验证实我国企业目前的对外直接投资区位还是以与我国经贸关系密切、市场规模相对狭小的国家和地区为主。但从长远看,发达国家和地区应成为我国企业对外直接投资区位选择的重点目标。

Analysis on the Location Choice of Chinese Enterprises' Outward Foreign Direct Investment

Different opinions on whether should take the developed country as the key goal of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment had reflected the contradiction between the motivation and ability for Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment in some degree. The demonstration analysis indicates that the location of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment is those states and areas which have affinity trade relations with China and whose market scale is relatively small. But in the long run, the location of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment should be the developed countries and areas primarily.
