| 摘 要： | 长期以来,人们认为,政府应该直接负责公共物品的提供。但是政府垄断公共物品的供给,存在很多弊端。本文分析了政府在供给公共物品过程中存在的问题,进一步提出公共物品供给的多元化渠道,并且指出政府在公共物品供给中,应该承担的职能。
