广州市"北优"战略与白云区的发展研究

广州市城市总体发展战略规划实施"东进西联,南拓北优"的发展战略,在此战略下,白云区需要重新定位并形成新的发展思路。文章根据白云区的自然环境特征及经济社会发展水平,提出从生态环境的优化、产业的优化、基础设施的优化、人口结构的优化以及空间结构的优化等方面来实现"北优"的发展战略。

STRATEGY OF "ADVANTEGE NORTH" AND STUDY ON DEVELOPMENT OF BAIYUN DISTRICT

Guangzhou is implementing the strategy of "extending to east and opening up to south" which cancelled northern block and cut down the superiority of Baiyun district. How Baiyun district can carry out the strategy of "advantege north" according to its characters is a considerable question . According to the natural characters and developing levels of Baiyun district, this paper puts forward the ways of implementing "advantege north" from ecological environment, industries, infrastructure, population structure and space structure.
