基于模糊数学的经理人薪酬模型

摘    要:根据委托—代理理论,由于委托人与代理人目标函数不完全一致以及信息不对称,会产生代理问题。要解决这一问题,必须注重代理人(经理人)薪酬计划的设计,将经理人与企业发展紧密结合起来。本文引入模糊数学方法,在借鉴相关业绩评价体系的基础上,建立了对经理人业绩进行一级模糊评价的经理人薪酬模型。这种模型可以利用企业运营过程中产生的模糊信息对经理人进行业绩评价,增强了评价结果的客观性,在此基础上确定经理人的薪酬,具有一定的科学性和可行性。

Abstract:According to the principal-agent theory,the different target functions and unsymmetrical information of the principals and agents will give rise to the problem of agent. To solve this problem,we should pay attention to the design of (manager) salary plan and closely connect the development of manager with the development of enterprise. Based on the performance evaluation system and the a pproaches of fuzzy mathematics,the author establishes a manager salary model to evaluate the manager's performance. This model can evaluate the manager's perfor mance with the help of vague information produced in the process of operation. It will enhance the objectiveness of the evaluation result,and this result is scientific and feasible.
