压缩型工业化社会中的环境问题分析

由于工业化造成的资源短缺和环境问题已经危及到人类的生存条件，20世纪90年代以来，循环经济逐渐成为世界各国发展生态经济的指导理论和实践模式，但是由于压缩型工业化国家进行工业化的背景和条件不同，环境问题表现出与传统工业国家不同的形态，存在着多样性和复合性，因此，在应用循环经济理论解决资源和环境问题时应注意发展中国家的压缩型特征，各国应根据基本国情选择适合本国发展生态经济的循环道路。

Building Circular Economy to Solve Environment Issue in the Condensation Model Industrialization Society

Due to the fact that resources lacking and the environment problems that the industrialization created have harmed up the living conditions of mankind, circular economy is gradually become the guide theory and practice model in the most countries since 1990's. Considering the different industrial background, condensation industrialization model countries have some unique environment problem. So we should take attention to the constringent feature of the developing countries when circular economy theory used, each country can choose a proper and cyclical way to develop eco-economy.
