管线钢及输送管的变形能力

摘    要:综述了管线钢及输送管的变形能力及相关指标。输送管的变形能力可用屈曲应变表示,一般具有Round-house形应力-应变关系、均匀塑性延伸率高、形变强化指数n高、屈强比低的管线钢的变形能力较高,组织通过影响应力-应变关系和屈强比影响变形能力,另外D/t增加变形能力提高。变形能力对工作于地震及地质灾害多发地区的埋地式管线的安全是非常重要的,国外已有相关产品,我国应加快这方面的研究。

Abstract:The deformability and relevant property indexes of pipeline steel and delivery pipe have been summarized in this paper. The deformability of delivery pipe can be expressed in bucking strain. Generally, the higher deformability exists in the pipeline steel with the stress-strain curve like Round house, higher uniform plastic elongation percentage, higher deformation enhanced index N, and the lower yield tensile ratio. The influence on the stress-strain curve and yield tensile ratio can affect the deformability. In addition, the increase of D/t can also improve the deformability. Clearly, the deformability of delivery pipe is very important for buried pipeline working in the areas where earthquake and geology disasters frequently happen. Therefore, it is necessary for our country to accelerate the relevant research since delivery pipes with high deformability have been developed abroad.
